I was fortunate enough to get this organizational piece as a gift! Organizing makes you feel so good and helps you to weed out unwanted things too! Here is what we did.

This is how the product looks on Amazon. It comes in different sizes and the instillation instructions are pretty straight forward. The description is in the materials list below and runs about $40. You need to supply your own screws and anchors to attach it to your wall. The manufacturer does not provide these but they do give a suggested length of screws to use.

Our unorganized pile of wood!

We went through our piles of wood that we had and did get rid of some and even found a few surprises that we had forgotten about.

And yet more wood!

But wait, here is the small stuff.

Vertical organizer up and ready to be filled.

We also got a workbench at an auction to put under the vertical organizer to hold smaller pieces of wood that we had.

Done!

It didn’t take long to get it filled and it sure holds a good amount! We also numbered the black ends of the horizontal pieces that the wood lays on. We did this because many people use our shop to make things and this makes it easier to say what shelf to go to to get a certain type of wood. Hope this inspires you to organize piles you might have like we did!
