Hi Daria: Do you want one with an attached bench or a detached bench? I prefer the detached as it's easier to store and get into and away from the table. Also, do you want a square/rectangle or round one? The best wood to use is cedar not only is naturally strong, but withstands the elements without having to be treated with stain or polyurethane. Cedar is also resistant to mold, fungus and insects.

I have this one, and have had it for over 30 years and changed the wood out once. You can make it up to 6 feet long (I wouldn't go any longer) and it uses 2 x 4's and changes into a bench or a table. It's a kit, very easy to put together and I just love it! Give it a thought if you don't have a lot of people to seat, or you just want something cool in your yard:)
