Just so you know, concrete is porous and must be sealed not only the first time, but again, periodically in a high-wear area like a kitchen.

i would say it is not easy task ..it all depends what counters you have .Can you provide more details ?

Hmmm I have never heard of this, but it doesn't sound like it would be simple.

1. Sweep or Vacuum the Tile. Make sure you get into the corners, where dirt tends to pile up. ...
2. Combine the Cleaner With Warm Water. ...
3. Run the Mop Over the Floor in Even, Gentle Strokes. ...
4. Change the Water Regularly. ...
5. Clean the Grout. ...
6. Dry the Floor With a Clean Cloth.
