Hi ! Plants and flowers always make an area more beautiful ! Set up some solar lights or a string of solar mini lights . You can put stone around the base and set potted flowers around it . Add wind chimes or bird feeders or bird houses ... Plant wildflowers , for a more rustic look and to help out our struggling bed population !

good luck and post your project !

That is a really wide question. Do you want something that you don’t have to maintain? Like plastic or silk flowers? Or rocks?. Or do you want something that invites birds? Or invites squirrels? Do you have a pump? Do you put chlorine in it?

Hello could you possibly post a photograph to better see your situation and area of concern?

Having a visual might be helpful to be able to offer the best guidance .....to a help find the best suggestions or potential solution for your problem. Landscaping would be my first suggestion as well as some hard scape likely rocks to make it look like a natural situation. Knowing your location and growing zone might be helpful for landscaping suggestions too.

Hi Helen, is this a pond or a water garden? does it have fish in it? Anyway, hope these ideas help you out!

Add a waterfall Feature. This can give a bit of dramatic flair to your pond.

You can also buy a statuary pump for a nice fountain feature

Boulders. Natural boulders can give your pond an organic look, while also providing some low-maintenance beauty.

Flat rock like slate will also add to the look

Aquatic Plants, like water lilies, grasses, water hyacinth can be placed into the water, add plants in pots around it as well

    Goldfish, or Koi

Under water lights, or spotlighting, you can get these cheap online and even in solar power options

Add a tiny bridge or deck scaled to the size of the water feature

    Hope these help you out
