Make Your Own Mod Podge (MUCH Cheaper) For Decor and Craft Projects
Mix:
Elmer's school glue (4fl. oz.)
1/3 cup water
in well in container with top (jar with lid)

You can add water to Ehlmer's Glue
I mix 1 cup of Elmers Glue with about one-third cup of warm water. Start with less water and add as you go. You can always add more water, but you cannot take it out. I find that using warm water makes it easier to mix.
