How do I repair my porch furniture and where do I buy supplies?

The rattan on my porch furniture is cracking. Is there anyone out there who has had this issue and repaired the furniture? Where do I get the supplies from? Thanks!!

I know most people prefer to spray paint but the color selection is limited.
