Easter is right around the corner! Time to gather your materials to decorate your home and/or set that pretty table. If you're needing some inspiration and a boost of confidence, here's a step-by-step to create a beautiful Spring/Easter centerpiece or buffet table feature.

Gather Main Materials

First, gather your materials. This centerpiece's main ingredients are a couple inch deep tray-type piece sized to fit your table, a standing bunny, and a large nest.

Gather Fillers

You'll also need textural fillers: eggs of different sizes, moss, feathery foliage, and lacey flowers.

Start your Bunny Centerpiece with a Foundation

To begin your Bunny Centerpiece, fill the bottom of your trayed foundation with old books. Using vintage ones will work better, because they can more beautifully peek out from the moss.

Add Organic Texture at the Base

Next, mostly cover books with moss. You can use a variety of sheet moss and other types for a forest floor look. Tuck pieces of moss down sides so the book pages are just peeking through. Stand your bunny to one side and place the large nest on the other end. Make sure they are stable and not tippy (adjust books and moss if needed).

Add Textural Elements in Layers

Next scatter the eggs around the centerpiece, tucking them into the moss at different angles. Add the feathery foliage and flowers at the end having some hang over the edge to soften.

Enjoy your Bunny Centerpiece!

Your bunny centerpiece is all ready for the big celebration! Beautiful arrangements like these are easy if you just keep adding layers!
