you would need a leaf stencil, adhesive and gold leafing or gold paint.
The easiest way would be with gold paint. Adhere the stencil to the surface and then paint the leaf patterns. I do not know where you would get that exact pattern tho. It looks like they did that with a vinyl decal of a heart and some thin pieces used as the veining in the leaf
This how to may help and they do sell stencils as well...or you can find them at craft stores and Amazon. https://www.cuttingedgestencils.com/blog/tips-for-using-metallic-gold-leaf-and-stencils.html
It appears that the leaf was purchased and sealed between two layers of resin. One thin layer of hardened resin then the leaf and a second layer over the leaf. You can use stencils to gold leaf on the first layer of hardened resin then apply a second layer of resin.
Yes! I think the leaf is also separate. Something they bought and layered their resin. Very pretty!
You could always use a gold paint marker on a tray to get the same gold leaf look and then cover with resin.
This is my favorite gold leaf paint from Amazon, or it's also available at craft stores. Just be sure to mix it up well and never store it on it's side! https://www.amazon.com/Bulk-Buy-Liquid-Classic-2-Pack/dp/B003N7QCMW/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=gold+leaf+paint&qid=1584935009&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExMjVBU1JIUTQyUjFaJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMTUyNTg4M1AyUDlXNVNGUjNSQiZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMTU0OTIxMVhZMDc1UFdONEFOOSZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=
