Try this method: For acrylic and enamel bathtubs, spray the stains with white vinegar or lemon juice and let them sit for 10-20 minutes. Then, wipe the stains away with a sponge. If you have a porcelain bathtub, spread a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and cream of tartar over the stains and leave it on for 10 minutes.
Batsy: maybe make a paste of Oxiclean? Cover with a moist towel. Let sit 24 hours.

Hi Betsy. Scatter baking soda on the stain. And then spritz some white vinegar all over the b soda. Let it set at least an hour (or more), then wipe up with a clean cloth.Repeat if necessary.
Often with bleach. Some stubborn stains also work with magic erasers/melamine sponges.
If all else fails you can use Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiberglass

Bleach and a scrubby brush
Comet and a scrubby or a mr clean spong by it self does a great job
CLR Home Depot sells it use streight from the bottle put on a dry tub get 2 paper towels the length of the stain pour the CLR on the paper towels and leave over night the stain will be gone in the morning.
If it's from hard water, I like Lysol Lime and Rust for these kinds of stains.

If vitro/enamel use Bar keepers friend, if Acrylic use Car cleaner. But really depends on what caused the stain.
