Pour some vinegar in a plastic bag and tie around shower head and let sit awhile or remove shower head and soak that way . Hope this helps .
A lot of shower heads can be unscrewed. If yours can, then you can soak it in a bowl with cleaner.
Vinegar and baking soda solution will for sure clear all nicely
Hi, here's a great video that will show you how - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFqdgdKIero
To clean our shower head (it is the kind that lifts out of a bracket), I take an old toothbrush and scrub off the outside of it with dish soap. Rinse it off. Then place it in a plastic bag containing white vinegar for an hour or so-this is to dissollve and mineral build up .
Hello Jsm,
Poly bag - white vinegar - tie it around the shower head with elastic or other secure tie and wait one hour for fumes to do the work.............
I spray mine weekly with white cleaning vinegar. If any of the jets are not working, I "wiggle" with my fingers, they are rubber, and that breaks up any deposits. You can also soak them in vinegar by filling a large plastic bag and affixing around it, then let sit for an hour.

If calcium is your challenge I put some limeaway in a ziplock bag and then wrapped it around the shower head and attached it with a rubberband. I let it sit for about 10 minutes and then removed it and ran clear water. If it is real bad leave it longer in the limeawayl.
