Hi Priscilla, do you mean a costume mask or a facial mask (beauty mask)?
OH, i think maybe you mean one of these. Took me a minute :)
That was lovely for me; I forgot about the outside world for a few minutes. Stay safe!

Hi Here is a good video tutorial! :)
Hi Priscilla, I've been researching face masks for a few weeks to try and make for our poorer communities. This was the best one I could find so far - https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/12/6/05-1468-f1 . It's not the prettiest but it has been tested.
You're most welcome Priscilla. Stay safe
This link has a video of how to make them with a filter:
It depends on what you have on hand. If you have elastic....GREAT! I hear that finding elastic is very hard these days. Soo...you will want a tutorial where you don't have to have elastic. Here you go....
Here's a video that might help - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmR2P4-b2Uc
Hi ! I heard some very good advice ! When mAking a face mask use an air conditioning filter , that you have cut up and put it between the fabric . A/c filters usually have 3 layers and filter out very fine particles ...It might not be as good as an N -95 mask but will work better than plain fabric ! Good luck , stay safe & healthy !
Hi Priscilla, I found another great tutorial for a face mask from one of our hometalkers - https://www.hometalk.com/44281127/create-a-diy-no-gap-mask-with-basic-household-goods
