I have bought them online and at Walmart. With the world as it is right now, I would look at Amazon and Walmart online to find the size and setup you want.

I buy all mine from Amazon, Wish or Aliexpress if that helps.

I would think you could use command strips to help stick them to your wall or fixture.

EBay you could also get adhesive and put on the back of a lite strip
