Hi Karen, for sure, take the glass out and use it for projects like this one,

YDepending upon the amount of the windows you have you might be able to create a unique backsplash using them. Much of the glass used for jalousies are somewhat textured. I would think you could use the same type of spplies as is used for the more modern glass tiles currently so popular for blacksplashes. You might also be able to make s wall display case using the glass as shelve. Another idea, depending on the size would be to possibly use them to divide drawer to make an efficient "junk" draw by separating small items from one another. Stand them on their sides!
