Hi Michelle. Sea Grapes is often used in landscaping especially in tropical locations. A lot of times you can find them growing right on the beach . They love to grow in sand and they grow clusters that look like grapes. Michelle, for sure that is a Sea Grape.

receiving several answers......I'm pretty sure it is a Sea Grape
plant. I looked on some plant/ leaf websites and though almost identical to my two funky plant, some had pictures of small green grape looking cluster and there is actually a dwarf sea grape...……...nonetheless, I don't really care for their appearance, unfortunately they gotta go to the sea,lol I guess

Looks like a Katsura that has been lopped down a few times. It is suppose to be a tree. I am not an arborist nor do I play one on TV

First Picture: Sea grape is pennate with a round tip.
Second Picture: Katsura is palmate with a pointed tip.

Sea grapes are lovely things to me. I love the way they sort of twist and meander as they grow. It might grow on you (pun intended)!
