I would not suggest to try to build any style of shed out of pallet wood. Pallets are free because they are made from rough, substandard grade of 'lumber' . The pieces will crack, split and break when you try to cut them.

You will be fighting a never-ending battle with trying to get any part of the shed level, horizontally and vertically. To have any strength and durability in outdoor weather, the structure will have to be anchored properly on to a secure base. Corners will have to be squared correctly and the walls and roof leakproof.
