How do i get scratches out?

Nothing much you can do. You can fill in the scratches using paste wax but it would need to be reapplied. Here's something that may help

On what surface

Try rubbing baking soda in a circular motion to make them less noticable but I don't think anything will take them out. You could also try car products.

It's plastic and scratches are where it's gone, you can't get it back. What about covering with contact paper.
