Hello. Most times when I wish the screen something I use landscaping. There are several shrubs that grow that can screen off your well. The other thing would be is to build a physical barrier ..hopefully one choice might suit your aesthetic
I would camoflauge it with a cute faux dog house, bird house, or stump looking decor, or some kind of wooden decor that will brighten the yard . If you need ideas you could visit your local garden centers and get an idea of what they have that you would like to see in your yard or what would be easy for you to build or have a relative build it for you. Before placing anything around the well, check with your county health or water and sewage departments if there are rules or restrictions as to what you can put over or around the well. Our well is hidden by a wishing well the previous owners built over it. Something like that?
Maybe you can make an octangular trellis Surround with one section being hinged for access. Do some fun climbing plants.
Put a picket fence around it and then hang seasonal wreaths. Something similar to this project:
