How To Make Decorative Balls For Your Decor For Less Then $3

I love to use decorative balls in many tray scapes. The orbit and balls can be very expensive so this is a great dollar store hack.

Pick up a package of these baseballs. They come in a set of 3 for $1. All you need is a hot glue gun and sticks, fabric and some scissors to make these decor balls.

Take your fabric and cut it into 1-1.5” strips.

I made a little slit in the top with my scissors and then I pulled the fabric all the way down and it rips pertfectly straight.

Just like this!

Next, put glue all over the ball and place the fabric strips around the ball.

Repeat all they way round.

From this to that! So simple!

Add to a bowl or a tray for some great holiday cheer!

This is great for an Americana look. You can use all kinds of different materials to cover them from, napkins to fabric or moss or paper. I even have used thumb tacks to make a metal ball. The sky’s the limit with this! Try something fun and easy to spruce up your home! It makes a great inexpensive decorative accent.
