Have you tried Etsy? They are pretty popular they are put in the search term noodle board and see if you can find a result that is pleasing for your decor aesthetic.

Thank you all for trying to help me.

I'm looking for a bow board. Use it to make bows for wreaths, etc. It has marks like a ruler so you can make bows any size and 2 dowel sticks in the center where you begin to wrap the bow material.
