Yes definitely. It is just like re-upholstering any other chair but probably easier since you have such a flat pad to work with. Look for the screws in the back of each section you want to remove. Remember how it goes back in. Check out my post to get you started:

Under neath there are screws take them off recover the chair pads then replace them cover with material and staple underneath mark we’re the holes are after to reattach the seat.
