After giving it a good cleaning, paint the pot or re-pot it. Add some moss or pea gravel for a more realistic look.

Agreed after a good cleaning you could spray paint it!
Did you try to water it? Actually washing it in a bath tub or sink can remove years of dust.
what is it made of plastic? silk? is it flowers? or just greenery? hanging type or lrg floor plant? for sure clean really well put either outside or in shower and wash it. then let dry completely change out container / pot if needing update along with any sphagnum moss mulch used in base. You can always take it apart and revamp into other items, add lights or use for decor or my choice get rid of the fake plant for a nice easy care real/air cleaning plant that will grow and possibly bloom!
Maybe you can cut it up and repurpose it for a wreath or something.
You could spray paint it
There is spray paint made for this. You can find it at the craft store.
Wash it with soap and water you will be surprised how good it will look
