I would say it needs to be repainted unfortunately

Use a white towel and iron over the spot with a warm iron not hot. The ring is usually steam moisture and moisture will iron out into the towel. Be patient may take several tries. Don't get it too hot

Kelli's idea will work. Place a cloth over the stain.Set an iron to medium heat and iron over the cloth. May take a few passes.

Remove the polish and dry the stain out.

Yes try to rub mayonnaise on it and let it sit a bit.
