Once your grout is thoroughly clean I would consider putting on a grout sealant, that will make it easier to clean in the future and help fight mold as well.

Regular old Hydrogen Peroxide. Pour or spray it on and let it do it's thing. Once the bubbling has stopped, wipe it dry and repeat.
