What is wrong with them,? Here's a trouble shooting guide that can offer help:
Hello. Examine your solar lights and find a battery cover usually involves removing a small screw. It is there that you can remove the battery case cover and figure out what batteries are inside to replace. This usually solves the problem of a faulty solar light. In addition it’s nice to clean the top lens off if there’s any debris or dirt on it. I use alcohol wipes for that. I hope this helps
Batteries can be purchased on Amazon. They rarely are the typical AA or AAA you buy in the store. Amazon prices are FAR better than the ones you can purchase locally. Look at the number on the battery you remove. I will be something like 600mAh or 500mAh.

Hi Ann: Perhaps all you need are new batteries. You can clean off the solar panel with Motsenbockers Lift Off. Just be sure it says it's safe for plastic. You just apply a bit, let it sit for about 30 seconds and wipe off. You may have to do it a couple of times, but it works for me. Check to see if the areas where the batteries go are rusted. If so, you can clean them off with a fingernail file or a piece of sandpaper. Good luck
You could replace the batteries and try using toothpaste to clean the plastic !
