What should I do with my bed to make it look better?
Does anyone know how to make your bed like a hotel? I am moving, and I really would like to make my bed seem nicer/ more complex. What do you guys think I could put on or around my bed to make it look better?

You could try a new bedspread, or add some fun pillows.
CJ; you could go for a calming coastal look with soft blues and greens in a bedspread and pillows.
New bedspread with matching or colors pulled out of the bed spread. I dust ruffle would really set it off too.

Also curtains that coordinate with the bedspread would help the bedroom look more put together.
You could look into throw pillows and wall art. If you have the room a cedar chest makes a nice addition and it also provides you with a lot more storage space.

Get a nice comforter set. Cover your box springs. Add under the bed storage that is neat in appearance or cover under the bed as well. Add pretty decor in lieu of a headboard.

Hello Kathy,
If you could provide a picture as is, a personalised solution could be given!
In general, a headboard and nightstand can add a great deal to the appearance. Plus, draping a quilt or fabric wall panel can help you change the look, too. Good luck and stay safe!

Layers! I would look at several online sites to look at bedding, pillows, throws, etc. I always like the look of a throw over the side and maybe a tray with a couple books or a mini faux plant or mug. You could add a rug under your bed, too to give a little more interest to the space.
A picture would really help. Did you mean more complex? What does that mean?
I hope everybody is doing OK during this pandemic!
How about a new duvet cover and insert?
Fresh bedding always makes a big difference!
Hi Cj, you could do new bedding, but if your bed has no head board, you could do a faux headboard with peel and stick. You could also add a dust ruffle, and using duvet covers on your bedding will allow you to change the look with a lot of expense
