Rocker recliner squeaking?

I have oiled all the mechanical. And tightened up bolts and screws. It is coming from left side. When I tightened screws yesterday, no squeak for 3 hrs. Back to squeaking

Another common cause of squeaking is a bent mechanism within the chair. This causes springs or other metal components to scrape against the mechanism. Look for metal dust or obvious signs of wear if the lubricant doesn’t fix the squeak. Use a hammer or a pry bar to bend the mechanism gently back into place.
Check the wood, that's probably where the issue is. You can put baby powder on the wood, maybe that will help.

You may need to turn it on the opposite side of the squeaky and remove the dust cover underneath to find out what is rubbing. Good luck and stay safe!
Something is rubbing. Whether it's metal to metal. Wood to wood. Metal to wood. You have to rock the chair and listen closely to locate the general area of the squeak.
It could be that the joint in the wood are loose and dry. And the movement is causing the noise. Check the all the joints are properly glued in place.
Work with someone who can get within close earshot of the squeak to locate the probable area. Looks like you temporarily resolved the problem but it recurred. So you'll need further investigation, more than likely it is wood against metal or wood against wood, also you tightened the connections and oiled where you could.
This brings to mind what the dentist does when teeth are not aligned after filling a cavity. He uses a tracing paper to see where the spots are hitting and adjusts the levels from there. If you could apply a transferable coating to where you suspect the squeak is coming from that could guide you. Hope this help you even if it sounds far fetched!

Maybe a rubber washer might help!
Have you tried using WD40? It works well on squeaks!
Have you tried turning it over and using W-D-40 spray on every joint and screw?
remove screws one at a time, jab a toothpick into thescrew hole, snap it off, and reinstall screw.
