Hi Janet. If you're painting on glass window panes, I recommend using acrylic paint. You could paint flowers on the panes and perhaps add a couple lady bugs, bees, or snakes too. Good luck Janet. Stay well.

Lightly sand it. You can use any paint. Exterior paint preferred. Acrylic paint will work. Seal with three coats of a water based polyurethane.
I used acrylic paint for mine, but also added 2 coats of exterior varnish.
Use exterior paint and seal with marine varnish.
Hi, Could use Garden colour stain/paints or Gloss paint.
I have found Helmsman spar urethane by miniwax to be the best exterior top coat for wood and concrete. Fast drying to recoat. Use 2-3 coats.
Use an exterior latex paint.
For the frame, I would use spray paint for wood with a sealer. Anything painted and left outside is going to show some weathering no matter what you do. I just like spray paint since it's the easiest to use and pretty durable. I would use regular acrylic paint on the glass and then seal it with a waterproof sealer, as well. Keep in mind the paint might fade in a very sunny area. Hope that helps!
Make sure the paint says outdoor on the can
I used paint with primer in it already. It stays great in the weather.
