Here's a nice basic design you can make as tall as you need! http://www.birchlandinghome.com/journal/2018/2/2/easy-diy-bed-risers
Here's an easy one for you! Just make sure that if you have a bed frame with wheels that you take off the wheels or the frame can bounce off with tossing and turning if you don't create a way to keep the wheels in place. I puchased plastic bed risers that have a lip all the way around so that the wheel sits down inside the lip. I was able to leave the wheels on. They were quite inexpensive.

You could gouge out a suitable hole for legs or casters to sit in in a suitable piece of timber. THEY ARE FAIRLY EASY TO OBTAIN - eBay may help!

This post uses finals. They may not give you the "lift" you need, but there are larger one and posts used for deck supports that you could cut to size. https://www.hometalk.com/diy/bedroom/furniture/repurposed-deck-post-to-bed-risers-for-extra-storage-8991814
Deck Post Finial Bed Risers
Hello. Depending upon your bed you could take a 4 x 4 or 6 x 6 depending upon your particular beds legs and use that type of wood you could also use a holesaw and make a group for your tag likes to sit in. Alternatively one of the best ideas I’ve used was getting rid of the risers and purchasing a steel bed frame with the Wonderful 14 inches of under bed storage.
Hi! I bought them for one of my daughters while she lived in a dorm, and they are very sturdy and inexpensive. Good luck and stay safe!
The bed lifts you can purchase are very inexpensive. I see them all the time in the thrift store. That being said I would use a 4x4 or larger cuts of wood if I were to make my own.
