Swiffer Wetjet Liquid Cleaner Copycat?

Ive seen recommendations for DIY Swiffer wetjet liquid using a few drops of dawn and a little of this and that, but what that mixture fails at is surface tension. Its missing an ingredient that allows the liquid to be spread easily and consistently on the floor surface. Tiles have coated or glazed surfaces, giving them a low coefficient of friction. The swiffer branded liquid has an ingredient that allows it to coat slick surfaces, spread and remain until it air dries. The homemade prep does not, is attracted to the swiffer pad and does not spread evenly and stay on the surface until dry. I tried some isopropyl alcohol which breaks surface tension, but not well enough. Anyone have any idea what ingredient will work without leaving a film?
