Kneeling Garden Bench out of PVC?

Has anyone made a Kneeling Garden Bench out of PVC. Where you can sit on it, or kneel on it and has the side handles to help a person get up? My arthritic knees make it hard to sit on a rolling bench then try to get up. Thanking you in advance.

Something like this looks doable. It has a PVC pad and a wooden frame. I've seen similar lightweight folding ones for about as much as you'd pay for the wood and supplies to make one though. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/102808803969567495/
Most are made of wood or metal. I doubt PVC would be strong enough to carry the weight of a person leaning on it.
