Hi Joanne. I would assume you could make it the same way. However you could also use hot glue to anchor the fabric if you think it might slip out of the foam. To make a wreath from a pool noodle, bend it into a circle and tape it in place using something like gaffer tape. Best wishes

You can cut the fabric into 3 inch squares using pinking shears then you and poke the squares into the pool noodle and a bit of tulle and babies breath and you have a beautiful wreath
