Do you have a source of water already on the reverse side of the wall where you would like an outdoor sink? If so, then a new water line can be plumbed into this one, so that both sinks drain into the same drain hole.
However, if you live where it freezes in the winter, there are extra considerations involving materials used and insulation.
There are also building codes to consider so make sure you check with your building inspector before doing any work to ensure your plans adhere to these codes. Make sure you get a building permit as well.

The main concern is access to water. Do you want hot and cold? Cold is easy, just hook to a faucet. You any container as a sink. Also, you need to consider drainage. Don't use the sink for anything that can contaminate or damage soil/plants.
