Would like to know how to remove a toilet properly, please! My brother changed out my parent's toilet and when it's flushed water leaks all over the floor between the base of the toilet and the floor and I don't know what's wrong? I'm thinking I should just reinstall it?

Sounds like he either forgot to replace the wax ring or didn't get it sealed down properly. The toilet will have to be removed and a new wax ring purchased to start over.
Did he put a new wax bowl ring in place?
It is not sealed properly. Remove the toilet and check the wax ring. Here's a link on installing it:

Sounds like he left the wax ring out or at least didn't put a new one in and the old is leaking badly.

Yup. He didn't replace the wax ring or if he did the wedges along the perimeter are keeping the toilet elevated off the wax seal. If the wedges are there cuz the floor isn't level then a double wax ring would be needed to create a seal.
Every time one unseats a toilet, one MUST get a new wax ring. If possible, do not use that toilet until it is properly installed. The water will seep into the flooring and will cause mold. And that's a BIG deal and very costly.

instead of a wax ring use the rubber ones .I replace all my toilets with them and replaced the water lines with the metal reinforced ones.Your flange for your toilet looks like it is high and those shims are causing it to leak since it is not sitting level .The waxless ring I used makes up that difference better thgan those chincy wax rings .I did 4 toilets with them after I replaced the floors with vinyl plank flooring

He probably didn't put a new wax seal or it isn't fully seated. It needs to be removed, cleaned thoroughly, a new wax seal put in, and make sure it fits exactly into the grooves.
Either didn't use a new wax seal or didn't get is seated properly. Needs to be resealed properly

Need to remove toliet and if a new waxed ring was put down, reseat toliet firmly onto it..... or replace with a new wax ring and set the toliet firmly onto it. You will first have to drain the tank and bowl, shut water off, loosen the floor bolts.
He didn't seat it properly. You'll need to remove it, get a new wax ring to fit the correct height, then reinstall.
