I think gold would be a great accent against the purple. The first thing that comes to mind is a gold mirror.
Shades of purple with accents of lavender and touches of white would work nicely.
Any metallic ]s, mirror, or crystal finishes will add a pop and contrast well with your dark purple.....my very favorite color!
