You might want to rethink using tires. There’s a lot of nasty and dangerous chemicals in them. Do yourself a huge favor and read this.

Paint the tire first then you get a pillow that will fill the inside and hot glue it in the middle get a round wood board to fit in the middle and glue that pillow to it then glue it to the tire
