Hi Dee, this is the recipe we use and it really works. Sometimes we need to hit the weeds more than once, if they are stubborn but we like not using any chemicals
Spray Horticultural vinegar. Isn’t a health issue, safe around animals and your yard smells like a salad for a day.
I've never heard of that type of vinegar. Where do you but it?
I use 1 gallon of vinegar, 1 cup of salt and 1 tablespoon of Dawn. Spray on hot sunny day in the morning and let it cook all day.

1 cup of salt melted in boiling water (1 l), vinegar (1 l) and 1 l of water. You will have to repeat after a few days..
1 qt of white vinager 1/4 cup of Epsom salt or reg salt 4 tablespoons of dish soap
Mix all in a spray bottle and only spray on weeds because it will kill what ever it touches

Here's a recipe and some interesting information
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium and some salt about 2/3 cup. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake.
