This hometalker shows how they deal with weeds in cracks
Here's what I use: Take a spray bottle and cover the bottom with salt and fill it up with vinegar. Add a few drops of dish soap and shake. Spray on the weeds.
Here's a post on how I do it with boiling water - https://chascrazycreations.com/save-your-garden-sprays-2/
You can pour white vinegar in the cracks. Or you can mix this up:
2 cups white vinegar
¼ cup salt
Squirt of dawn
Mix in a spray bottle. If you have a larger area, you can mix in a garden sprayer with larger quantities. Use when it will not be raining for a few hours so that it isn’t washed away.
Spray Roundup in the cracks. That has always worked for me. Get it at Home Depot or Lowes
Grub them out, Spay weed killer or use the Flame gun especially for the job. Available Garden Centres and Depts. or online etc.
Hello. We generally spray them with an herbicide like Round up
You can avoid the use of toxic chemicals entirely, by just boiling a kettle of water and pouring it over the weeds.
Hi Ven, I use the same diy technique as Kathy above. The white vinegar, salt, and Dawn solution works well and is easy & cheap.
