What is the best primer and paint to buy for painting my front porch?

If you're painting cement, you'll need to buy masonry paint. Your local hardware or home improvement store should be able to help you.

There is special porch paint you can buy. Just make sure you prepare the surface perfectly or it will come off for sure!

Is the entire porch concrete, or are there any other materials such as wood?

Has the concrete surface already been coated with paint?

Are you wanting to paint just the walls and surround, or the floor of the porch also?

I think cleaning the concrete first is most important. I would go with Sherwin Williams for the best lasting. Although all of it will peel over time.

Make sure it says OUTDOOR on the can.

Really think this project thru. Once you paint concrete you must maintain it. Usually needs to be redone every 2 years. Just be aware you ate creating high maintenance on a low maintenance area.
