This one with the split leaves is related to the thistle plant. It is a weed and can be pulled or dug up...use gloves it may have stickers on the stem. Am not sure about the others!

And I agree with my fellow Home Talkers. It's definitely a weed. When you pull it be sure to grab it down where it meets the soil. You'll have a better chance of removing the roots at the same time.
