I have a lot of wrought iron security bars. How can I make use of them to build a fence?
Do you know how to weld, or do you know someone who does?
They will have to be welded together. Check locally for a welder who can help you.
Do the have holes in them or not? If not you could drill out timber to accept them top and bottom or side to side. Then make up the rest of the frame. Hope that helps.
I like the idea of putting them into a wooden frame by drilling evenly spaced holes in top and bottom boards. Line the boards up and mark both pieces at the same time using a square to ensure they line up. Then drill. I actually make a deck railing using 1/2" copper pipe inserted between 2 by 4s.
