You could try using velcro or command strips for the supports but you will have to add several supports. Another option would be to put the curtain directly on the wall, without a rod. You won't be able to open completely but you could gather each panel to open the wall behind it.
Madonna: Hanging each panel on the wall would be the way to go. Use heavy duty (outdoor) velcro.

Have you considered hanging rod from the ceiling?
Depending on the weight of the rod and weight of the curtains, stick on curtain rod mounts may not be robust to support the weight combined with the force of tugging the curtains open and closed without coming loose.

Are you hanging a curtain over a window? If so you can buy a extension rod to go inside and have the curtain on it. If it is real long use a shower curtain rod.
