You could build a wall, but that would need foundations. You could grow a hedge of shrubs in front of the boundry you have at the moment . You could erect a heavy chainlink fence and grow climbers up it. Best wishes............
You can make a quick one in one afternoon using pallets (usually free at many businesses)
and reinforcing bar. The bar comes in 10' lengths and you can cut in half if you have no way of hauling them. Stand a pallet on edge and start to pound one piece of 5' rebar into front left and one into right rear. Remove the pallet. Sledge hammer the rebar down at least a foot. Slide the pallet back up and move on to the next. You can level with a rock here and there. Easy to put up, easy to take down.
98% of US has 6’ high restrictions on backyard fences.
Also the fence posts are supposed to be on your side of the property.
Lastly, untreated lumber will last about 5-9 years and I would think about what your labor is worth to replace it all, or have the posts rotting at the ground, sooner than expected.

Here you go...no digs are a good economical way to install a fence-just push the steel stakes into the ground, available at diy stores:

Hi Redcatcec
Thank you for the info...it was much appreciated😊
We aren't diggers either. Used these from Home Depot.

Just pound into the ground and add 4x4's , screw in tight, then build the rest of your fence. Easier than trying to dig through clay with rocks!
You're most welcome ♥
This comes as a kit:

Hello there,
Use Post holders that bang into the ground called "Metpost". Once the posts are in the ground, attach your fencing.......Best wishes.

Hi Chas
Thank you for your input...I'm looking for more privacy from prying eyes from my neighbors as well as keeping their kids out of my yard 😊
I was going to say razor wire, but that would you would be the "cranky" neighbor.
Fencing can always be a challenge.

There are a bunch of companies that sell no dig fence supplies, I'd check with your local hardware store.
