I recently saw where someone cut a pool noodle the width of a shopping cart handle. Then put a slit down one side. When you go in, slide it over the handle and no germs!

No. Pinterest has a great deal of kids crafts projects using a pool noodle. I commonly use them to tuck in the seam crack into my sofa and loveseat to hold the dog bed and slipcovers in place.
