How do I make liquid hand soap from goat milk soap?

Hi Nancy if its in bar form I would shred it and then melt it down in water. It may take a little experimenting to figure out how much water to add to get the right consistency. Hope that helps!

Shred it in a cheese grater and heat it a little on the stove to melt it. Then add small amounts of water until you get it to the proper consistency.
