Hi Janet,

My first answer is ladybugs! You can also spray them off with a hose or use insecticidal spray.
This may help you:

Here is a great article telling you how to get rid of the aphids. https://www.gardendesign.com/how-to/aphids.html
You can use Lady Bugs or Praying Mantis,Horticultural insecticidal soap or non toxic Neem oil will not kill beneficial bugs like bees ;can buy it almost every where online at any store hardware big box etc. do not use dawn dish on your plants it will kill them and any beneficial bugs you need in your garden and soil to grow plants you want.Soaps and detergents are toxic to plants. A solution of soapy water sprayed onto foliage can disintegrate the leaves' waxy coating, resulting in water loss and the eventual dehydration death of the plant. ... Soap will remain in the soil, making it toxic and eventually deadly.
Another method of control is to get the ants under control as well they will actually farm aphids;because the aphids produce a sweet sticky sap on the plants that the ants want so they allow and actually farm/care for the aphids to get sap they produce. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/insects/controlling-aphids-and-ants.htm Killing all the ants not great solution either because like bees they pollinate many plants that we need on earth. sprinkle diatomaceous earth/ DE around base of plants to keep ants away.
If this is outside think Lady Bugs. Lady Bugs love to eat aphids.
Some plants are just prone to bugs, others get them with stressed and weak. Build up the plant's natural defenses and always make sure the plant has proper circulation.
Hello Janet,
Bubbles from wash soap liquid all over them, should do the trick.......Good luck!
