Cushion on a couch ?

What is wrong with the cushions, are they worn, ripped, stained? What are the cushions made of?

If they are just squashed-down, you can re-stuff them or get new pillow forms. Remove the outer covering - you may have to use a stitch-ripper to remove one seam if there's no zipper, wash them, and re-stuff.

What's going wrong with them? There are lots of ways to fix couch cushions, and I'd be happy to help with a tad more detail from you. :-)

Use a strong waxed thread and an upholstery needle and just sew in the normal way, or if the covers come off. Turn inside out and repair the seam or patch the spot.

I've had to fix my sofa twice. Here's how I did it with fusible web. So simple...the first time I had enough fabric at the site to patch it. The second time I had to steal fabric from the back of the sofa to make it work.
