Pizza Pan Flag

I like to make round wreaths/signs and these metal pizza pans for only $1 are a great option to use. Let me show you how easy is it to turn a pizza pan into some cute America decor!

What you’ll need:

Scrapbook paper - with stars and stripes (best if you can get 12 x 12)

1 Pizza pan from Dollar Tree

Twine

Ribbons (5 or 6 different ones)

Beads

Mod Podge

Drill

To start with, take the pizza pan label off without tearing it as this will be our template to cut out the scrapbook paper. I could not find star paper in 12x12 so I just cut some out using the label to make sure it would fit nicely.

Now you have the top half.

Now do the same with the strips. You could lay it either way but leave them a little longer so it covers the stars a bit.

Next, cut some ribbon and cross them over.

Here is my stack. It's best to put larger ribbons at the bottom and thinner ones on top.

Take the twine and tie right in the middle of the ribbons. This will make a bow.

Now that we have of all our pieces ready, we will mod podge the papers down.

Like this.

The stripes should cover a little so it's nice and straight.

If you need, use a plastic card to get any air bubbles out and to smooth it out.

Next, we will use twine to string some beads onto the pan so we will be able to hang it up.

Use a drill and make two small holes at the top of the pan and tie the beads on.

There you go! A cute American flag sign/wreath for less then $5.
