I do this in every bathroom and in the kitchen. It is really very easy but you need a foaming dispenser. I just eye up 1-2 tablespoons of dish soap (depending on the size of the dispenser) and add warm water very slowly. You don't want to do this fast because it will start foaming on you. A tiny stream of water allows for less air bubbles. Then when filled, turn the dispenser upside down for 5-10 minutes and the dish soap will disperse. Now it is ready to use as foaming hand soap.

It's really the dispenser that makes the soap come out foamy, so just purchase one, use the product and then add any liquid soap into the original foamy soap container. You can even melt bar soap you have to use in the foamy dispenser. Dissolve the bar in hot water...then use as liquid soap.
