Hi Robin I would consider making it into a planter - you could fill it with flowers or even vegetables! All that would be require is some holes drilled in it for drainage.
They can be used for washing your dog! I recently saw one reused on HGTV. It was put next to a deck at just the right height was washing their dog. Good luck and stay safe!
