How do I recover a pouf (fabric foot stool)?

Hi Jeannette. You can place the fabric on the poof. Work your way around the stool tucking as you go. Staple those pleats in place. Glue a pretty trim in place to hide the staples.

Thank you! Mine is just a fabric pouf with no bottom or legs but this would be a great way to build one from scratch - which I may have to do!

Buy Stretch Cover or use a stretch fabric. Secure underneath with staple gun. Trim to shape.
